At 27 years old, William “Storm” Hutchinson IV has already seen basketball from nearly every angle — as a player, AAU coach, high school head coach, and college assistant. Now, he’s bringing that experience to Tulpehocken as the new head coach of the girls basketball program. “It wasn’t about past success or a flashy pitch — it was the people,” Hutchinson said. “If I can build a place where girls love being there, that’s a huge success.”
