Spring-Ford Rams

Coach: Mickey McDaniel, 13th season.

Last season: 7-3 PAC Liberty, 20-10 overall, PAC runners-up, District 1 qualifier.

PIAA classification: 6A.

Key losses: All-division first-team F Kareena Preuss, all-division second-team G Devon Chamberlain, all-division second-team G Lilly Brescia, G Christina Tiffan.

Top players: All-division second-team Jr. G Emma Kaercher.

Key players: Jr. G/F Miley Maloney, So. G Brynn Stiles, Fr. G Teagan Finney, Fr. F Renee Lewis, Fr. G Jordan Bivens-Turner, Jr. G/F Ciena Platt, Jr. F Ciara Finney, So. G/F Lilah Brady.

Outlook: In a wide-open division with many impact players graduating, the Rams are a good bet to be there come playoff time with McDaniel's experienced voice and a key returner in Kaercher. Methacton, defending champ Perk Valley, and Phoenixville have other plans. Owen J. Roberts and Boyertown have potential, too.

Methacton Warriors

Coach: Craig Kaminski, 24th season.

Last season: 5-5 PAC Liberty, 14-10 overall, PAC qualifier, District 1 qualifier.

PIAA classification: 6A.

Key losses: All-division first-team G Abby Arnold (Arcadia), F Jenna Kaufman (Bloomsburg softball).

Top players: So. F Ava Wolf, So. G Penny Wolf, Jr. G Lila Cingiser, Sr. G Avery Kenny.

Key players: Sr. G Lindsay McCann, Sr. G Olivia Organtini, Jr. F Abby Masotta, Sr. F Emily Taylor, So. G Janna Goodley.

Outlook: Replacing Arnold's 17.6 ppg will be tough, but the Warriors return an experienced group led by Ava and Penny Wolf (no relation), who got a bunch of spin as rookies. Warriors plan to be in contention for the Liberty crown.

Perkiomen Valley Vikings

Coach: State Coach of the Year John Russo, sixth season.

Last season: 10-0 PAC Liberty, 30-3 overall, PAC champions, District 1 champions, PIAA champions.

PIAA classification: 6A.

Key losses: State Player of the Year first-team F Grace Galbavy (Wake Forest), All-State first-team C Quinn Boettinger (Navy), All-State second-team G Bella Bacani (Jefferson), all-division first-team G Lena Stein (West Chester), all-division second-team G Grace Miley, G Julia Smith.

Top players: So. G Hannah Evans, Jr. G Kate Nemic.

Key players: Jr. G Megan King, So. F Scarlet Lee, So. G Gabby Russo.

Outlook: Along with Wyomissing, you'd be hard-pressed to find a harder graduation hit in the entire state. The departure of a historic class means the Vikings are reloading, but they have no plans of falling off the cliff and relinquishing their titles. Evans is expected to be one of the top players in the conference and PV plans to be in the mix.

Phoenixville's Riley Ford-Bey, Julia Chain, Kayden Baratta, and Taylor Schneider.

Outlook: Return arguably the league's top player in Baratta and are capable of winning the division and more. Phantoms are certainly a player to win the Liberty division.

Boyertown Bears

Coach: Troy Sweisfort, fourth season.

Outlook: Need to replace top scorer Weaver (15.0 ppg), but hoping to improve on last season and reach double-digit wins with a nice balance of senior leadership and young talent.
