Last season, two players eclipsed 1,000 career points: Brandywine Heights senior Addison Benner and Berks Catholic senior Madison Langdon, each in December.
Benner's 1,282 are the most in Bullets' history and Langdon's 1,247 are No. 3 in Berks Catholic history.
Reading High senior Yamilex Rodriguez nearly reached the milestone with 941 career points. Guessing the county gold was a good consolation prize.

Three girls eclipsed 1,000 points in 2023-24: Exeter senior Grace Reedy, Oley Valley senior Morgan Snyder, and Wyomissing junior Amaya Stewart.
Stewart tacked on to that total in her senior season, finishing as the Spartans' all-time leading scorer and No. 7 scorer in Berks girls history with 1,904 points.
Reedy is also the all-time leading scorer for the Eagles with 1,403.
Only one reached the mark in 2022-23: Berks Catholic senior Caraline Herb, who finished with 1,140.

Who is next in line to reach 1K in the 2025-26 season?
Gov. Mifflin rising junior Bella Super has 801 career points, the highest of all active players.
Wilson rising senior Laila Jones is next with 788. Jones was out all of last season with a torn ACL, but has been back on the court during AAU this offseason and is expected to make her return for the Bulldogs this season.
Next up are Twin Valley rising senior Hailey Kilgore with 769, Wilson rising senior Laura Crocona with 605, and Wilson rising junior Kailani Hardy with 580.
Only three other players are at or above 500, all rising seniors: Wilson's Violet Houck (562), Berks Catholic’s Liv Welker (531), and Muhlenberg’s Lianna Martir (500).
No other players have over 500, but those to monitor are Gov. Mifflin rising juniors Brooklyn George (389) and Bridget Martin (363), Kutztown rising junior Kaitlyn Houptley (342), and Conrad Weiser rising junior Geniva Paul (335).
The class of 2028 has a few strong candidates to reach the mark including Brandywine Heights’ Sophia Benner (250), Muhlenberg’s Kenleigh Brill (196), Reading High’s Xiani Beatty (191), and Exeter’s Addison Harper (186).
Overall, 143 girls have scored 1,000 or more points in Berks girls basketball history.
Daniel Boone's Wendy Davis is the county's all-time leading scorer with 2,504 points.
Wilson has the most 1,000-point scorers with 13 followed by Reading High (12), Gov. Mifflin (11), and Daniel Boone (10).
