Wyomissing senior and Albany commit Amaya Stewart was named the top player in the Berks Girls League by league coaches for the third straight season Sunday, when the Berks County Interscholastic Athletic Association (BCIAA) released the 2025 All-Berks team.
Reading High head coach Rashida Suber won Coach of the Year after her Red Knights defeated the two-time defending champ Spartans in the BCIAA semifinals and Gov. Mifflin in the championship.

Stewart and Berks Catholic senior Madison Langdon are the only repeat selections on the All-Berks team with five first-time picks: Brandywine Heights senior Addison Benner, Wilson sophomore Kailani Hardy, Twin Valley junior Hailey Kilgore, Reading High senior Yamilex Rodriguez, and Gov. Mifflin sophomore Bella Super.
The five newcomers replace Exeter's Grace Reedy, Gov. Mifflin's Taylor Koenig (Arcadia), Oley Valley's Morgan Snyder (field hockey at Penn State), and Wyomissing's Annie McCaffrey (soccer at University of Massachusetts), who were all seniors.
Wilson's Laila Jones made the All-Berks team as a sophomore last season before missing this year with a torn ACL.
Stewart, a 6-1 forward, averaged a league-high 19.8 points per game this season and has led Wyomissing to a 20-4 record as the Spartans enter district play this week as two-time defending champs.

Stewart has scored 1,815 career points and the Spartans have gone 92-18 during her career. She was an all-division selection as a freshman.
Langdon, a 5-4 guard, has scored 15.1 points per game this season, the third-highest average in the league. The Saints (11-11) open district play Tuesday when they host Bishop McDevitt. Langdon has scored 1,202 career points and reached 1K earlier this season. She was an all-division selection as a sophomore.
Benner, a 5-11 forward, had the fifth-highest scoring average at 13.7 ppg and reached 1,000 points while also breaking Brandywine Heights' scoring record this season. She has scored 1,282 career points. Benner was an all-division selection as a junior, sophomore, and freshman for the Bullets (11-11).
Hardy, a 5-9 forward, had the fourth-highest scoring average at 15.0 ppg for the Bulldogs (16-8), who won their second straight Berks I title before falling to Gov. Mifflin in the BCIAA semifinals. Hardy has scored 512 career points and was an all-division honorable mention selection as a freshman. The Bulldogs host Cedar Crest in the District 3 Class 6A first round Monday.
Kilgore, a 5-6 guard, led Twin Valley back to a Berks II divisional crown this season before the Raiders (14-9) lost to Gov. Mifflin in the BCIAA quarterfinals. She averaged 11.9 ppg, No. 7 in the league. She is at 761 career points. Kilgore was an all-division choice as a sophomore and freshman. The Raiders travel to face Lower Dauphin Monday in the first round of the District 3 Class 5A tournament.

The sophomore scored 28 points in the championship loss to Reading and 25 points in a semifinals win over Wilson.
