Wilson defeated Upper Dublin 51-46 last Friday for the Bulldogs' first PIAA playoff win since 2014. The reward? Another Philly-area heavyweight in the Philadelphia Catholic League's Archbishop Carroll, which defeated Council Rock South 61-42.
The Patriots (18-9) are led by junior 5-9 sharpshooting guard Alexis Eberz (17.6 points per game), who has a ton of Division I interest including offers from Marquette, Villanova, and more.

Alexis' younger sister Kayla Eberz, a 5-10 freshman forward, is the No. 2 scorer at 12.6 ppg. Kayla's twin sister Kelsey Eberz is out for the season with an injury.
Sophomore 5-9 guard Abbie McFillin does a bit of everything and averages 7.3 ppg. Senior 5-7 guard Olivia Nardi (4.8 ppg), senior 5-10 forward Brooke Olender, sophomore 5-9 guard Cate Schumacher, and senior 5-9 forward Bridget Archbold round out experienced head coach Renie Shields' rotation.
Carroll lost to Neumann-Goretti 50-43 in the PCL championship game, the second season in a row the Patriots have lost in the PCL final after a double OT 54-52 loss to Archbishop Wood last year.
The Patriots beat Philadelphia Public League's Palumbo 54-25 to secure District 12's top seed.

The Bulldogs and Patriots have one common opponent: Carroll's PCL mate Cardinal O'Hara. Carroll defeated O'Hara 45-41 on Jan. 30. O'Hara defeated Wilson 45-37 on Dec. 6.
The winner between Archbishop Carroll and Wilson faces either 11-1 Parkland or 3-4 Central Dauphin in the quarterfinals Friday.
Carroll lost 48-37 to Parkland in the PIAA quarterfinals last season.
